This section contains Scott Recycling's strategic planning documents: the enterprise master plan, the operating playbook, and the operational action plan. These are the "big picture" documents that sit above the day-to-day SOPs and training materials.

How to Use These Documents

Start with the Operating Playbook. It describes the business in plain terms: what we process, how pickups work, how the warehouse flows, how sales channels fit together, and what "success" looks like. If you only read one document in this section, read that one.

Use the Enterprise Master Plan as a reference. It maps every operational area (HR, compliance, tech, finance, etc.) to either what exists today or what's needed. Use it when you're asking "do we have X?" or "should we have X?"

Use the Operational Master Plan for execution. When you're planning what to build, write, or hire next, the operational plan has the priority ranking and owner assignments.
