Real-time dashboards for monitoring daily operations, team performance, and logistics.
Available Dashboards¶

Quick Start by Role¶
CSR Manager — Start with the Calls Dashboard to monitor today's call volumes and CSR availability.
HR / Operations Manager — Open the Attendance Dashboard to check who's checked in, who's late, and overtime alerts.
Warehouse Staff — Use the Transfer Location Dashboard to see what inventory is at each transfer location.
Shift Supervisor — The Daily Production Overview shows boxes sorted and transfer activity broken down by two-hour time slots.
Dispatcher — The Truck Location Map shows where every truck is right now.
Access Requirements¶
All dashboards are restricted by security groups. If you cannot see a dashboard in the menu, ask your manager to assign you the appropriate group:
