Operations Manager — Start with the Pickup Weight Report to review pickup volumes and weights by customer and region.

QA / Quality — Use the Glass Report to identify pickups with high glass percentages or data quality issues.

Warehouse Manager — The Sort Transfer Report shows sorting and transfer throughput broken down by time slot.

Dispatcher — The Instant Truck Report shows route performance including pickup delays and schedule adherence.

Sales / Compliance — Use Certificate Reports to generate and send recycling certificates to customers.

Warehouse / QA Staff — The Serial Number Scanner lets you scan and record device serial numbers per pickup.

Reports are restricted by security groups. If you cannot see a report in the menu, ask your manager to assign you the appropriate group:
