Daily Routine
Start of Shift
- Open the Maintenance app
- Check the Kanban board for new requests submitted since last shift
- Switch to Calendar view to see today's scheduled work
- Claim and prioritize your requests
During the Day
- Move requests to In Progress as you start them
- Post progress notes in the chatter (parts ordered, time estimates, photos)
- Create new requests if you discover additional issues during a repair
- Move completed work to Repaired
End of Shift
- Update any in-progress work with notes for the next shift
- Check for unassigned urgent requests
