Ongoing initiatives where design, scope, and team asks live. Canonical home for specs, masterplans, and coordination docs that need to be visible to both Dan and the team.

Conventions¶
- Each initiative has its own folder with an
index.mdas overview and additional pages for specs, decisions, or runbooks. - Internal session notes, handoff details, and day-by-day progress live in
~/Desktop/handoffs/on Dan's workstation and are not published here. - Published pages are curated: they're what the team needs to see, not raw thought logs.
