Meeting Notes
2026-04-02 (PM — post-merge session)
- Merged Nisarg's staging-2 sr_management_fixes (prospect queue overhaul) and sr_management (activity status, attendance fix) into jan
- Queue system now uses in_queue_a/b/c/d booleans — verified working (A:1960, B:1976, C:751, D:296 customers)
- customer_activity_status computed field working (2562 new, 725 active, 54 cold)
- hr.attendance auto-close override merged — should fix the "can't clock in after clock out" issue
- Attendance issue: when people clock out they can't clock in. Found example error, gave to Nisarg. Auto-close create() override from staging-2 now merged into jan.
- Nisarg is moving scheduling changes to 1820 for testing today
- Nisarg showed prospect queue changes in management_fixes — merged and tested, 10/10 tests pass
- All merged code pushed to jan, deployed to exp
- No conflicts — sr_management_fixes and sr_management had no jan-only changes that conflicted
2026-04-02 (AM)
- All 5 scheduling issues from 4/1 meeting verified and fixed on jan (localhost:1818)
- Merged Nisarg's staging-2 scheduling engine (VROOM, ORS, window checks, activity status) into jan
- Added min weight enforcement (3 code paths), direction bug fix, map tab fix, lunch ETA fix
- Added service window indicators: kanban clock icon, calendar -SW suffix, dialog highlights
- Added HOO toggle in Add Note wizard, HOO made optional across all models
- HOO label added to wizard ("Hours of Operation" with bordered box)
- Pushed to jan branch, deployed to localhost:1818, 29/30 functional tests pass
- 5 existing routes have direction conflicts from baseline test data (expected, not a code bug)
- Merge note: staging-2 has extensive changes to same files — discuss with Nisarg before deploying to test servers
2026-04-01
- 5 scheduling/route issues reported from staging — underweight schedules, map tab gone, route not created, calendar navigation mismatch, inconsistent views
- Nisarg may have staging-2 changes that caused some issues — need to compare jan vs staging-2
- Need to test regions on 1717, inventory processing on 1820
- Requested: activity status feature, version numbers on planned releases
- Dan investigating issues on localhost:1818 (jan branch) to determine if they exist on dev

- General Sales v6.0.0 complete — eBay posting fully functional (live tested)
- Release file written, ready for Nisarg to pick up
- No conflicts with staging-2 on sr_general_sales
- sr_inventory_processing HAS conflicts with staging-2 — discuss before merging
